Service Limitations & Liability

• No Responsibility for Wear and Tear: LaundroDrop and its partners are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage, or issues with delicate fabrics
• Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the service value of the affected item
• Partner Services: Laundry services are performed by independent partners, and LaundroDrop facilitates coordination only

Timelines & Estimates

• Estimated Timelines: Pickup and delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on service volume, partner availability, and operational factors
• No Guarantees: While we strive to meet estimated timelines, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times

Pricing

• Price Communication: All prices are clearly communicated before order confirmation
• Transparency: Service costs are displayed upfront, and customers confirm pricing before finalizing orders

Communications
